Michelle Doorey - Veterinary Assistant
Michelle is an accountant by profession whose love of animals drove her to pursue a second career in vet nursing on a part time basis. Michelle has now been part timing for almost four years and has completed her certificates 1 & 2 in Animal Care as well as being part-way through her certificate 4 in Vet Nursing.
We congratulate Michelle on having her baby boy Adam Scott Doorey on the 14th March 2011. We wish her and the family all the best and look forward to seeing her back at the clinic.
She has two naughty beagles (partners in crime) named Evie (pictured) and Barney, two cats named Cleopatra and Caesar, a Muscovy duck named Peking and some fish.
Aside from spending time with her husband and their menagerie, in her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, gardening and curling up with a good book.
Michelle Sizer - Practice Manager
Michelle has a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and has been working at the Kulnura Veterinary Clinic as the Practice Manager since May 2010. Before this time she was working as the Head Veterinary Nurse at the Kulnura Veterinary Clinic from November 2003 to August 2008 when she then decided to move over to England to be with her fiance. While in England she did locum vet nursing work and traveled around Europe till she moved back to Australia in March 2010.
Michelle has a number of animals including her well traveled cat Daphne pictured in the photo, a Birman who went to England and back. She also has Evie the little Foxie, Daisy the Border Collie, her 3 other adopted cats, Ebony, Mopsy and Henry. Michelle also has her 3 horses Teddy, Mody and Indiana.

Rose Jackson - Veterinary Nurse
Rose finished her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. at the end of 2011.
Rose began doing work placement and some casual work at the Kulnura Veterinary Clinic in February 2010. We now have Rose working permanently at the vet clinic.
Growing up on her rural property in Laguna, Rose developed a keen interest and passion in all things animal! In her free time she enjoys riding her chestnut Thoroughbred Trilogy (pictured) and has been a member of the Wollombi Valley Pony Club for many years.
The pets that Rose has at home include; 2 dogs- Eddie a Ridgeback X and Kermit a Chihuahua X who are the best of friends, 3 other horses, 2 ducks, 2 adorable kittens and a large array of various breeds of chooks.
