The area surrounding the clinic has a great variety of wildlife. Unfortunately, human encounters don't always work out well for our native animals.
At Kulnura Veterinary Clinic, we provide treatment for wildlife and work with local wildlife groups to ensure the best possible quality care for our native friends..
We often see animals or birds that have been injured by cars, domestic pets or have been orphaned. It is important if you see an animal that has been injured to make sure it receives medical attention or if deceased, to make sure it does not have a baby with it or in its pouch that needs to be taken into care.
All orphaned or injured wildlife are accepted for treatment at the clinic and then passed on to wildlife carers for rehabilitation and release.
